Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Studio Silkotton. We take great care in packaging your boutique finds to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new collection launch or holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic: We ship to all addresses within India
International: We currently ship outside of India as well.
- Note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Studio Silkotton is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. [Brand Name] is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-send the item.
